The setup process is user-friendly, enabling event hosts to define the maximum duration for video messages. Guests are greeted with a live video feed of themselves while recording, enhancing the personal touch of their messages.

Users can easily initiate a photo capture or video recording by pressing the designated "record" or "take a photo" button. Once activated, there is a brief three-second countdown displayed on the tablet, guiding guests before the recording commences. The system automatically halts once the time limit is reached, although users have the option to manually stop the recording at any point. Should guests feel that their first attempt does not meet their expectations, they can simply select the "redo" button to restart the process, ensuring satisfaction with the final result.
